The Siemens 5SU1424-1RC41
is a Betagard RCBO (Residual Current Breaker with Overload Protection)
designed to provide complete protection for human safety, electrical wiring,
and connected equipment in low-voltage distribution systems. It integrates MCB
+ RCCB functionality in a single modular device, ensuring protection
against earth leakage, overload, and short-circuit faults.
This model uses Type
AC residual current detection, suitable for pure sinusoidal AC leakage
currents, and is ideal for standard electrical loads. The C-characteristic
tripping curve ensures reliable operation under moderate inrush currents
such as lighting circuits, socket outlets, and small inductive loads.
It is widely used
