The Siemens 3UG4815-1AA40 is a digital line monitoring relay from the SIRIUS 3UG4 series designed for reliable monitoring of three-phase supply voltages in industrial automation and power distribution systems. It provides comprehensive protection against phase failure, incorrect phase sequence, phase asymmetry, undervoltage, and overvoltage conditions, helping safeguard motors, compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, and critical industrial equipment from electrical faults and operational downtime. 

This compact DIN rail mounted relay supports IO-Link communication and operates across a wide monitoring range of 3 × 160–690 V AC at 50/60 Hz. It features adjustable hysteresis, line stabilization delay, tripping delay time, and one changeover relay contact for dependable signaling and automation integration in industrial control panels and switchboards. Siemens has phased out this model and recommends successor model
